Repinning my AEM standalone 30-1601

Im about to wire up the EMS. Im doing the map and ait sensors. I know i need to repin the map signal to pin 35. There is a wire running to that pin. What do I do with that wire? Just leave it unconnected??Same with the ait sensor, I tap the ground wire...Then I need to pin the signal to pin 26. There is a wire pinned in that spot. Leave that wire unconnected?? Thanks.
