I have a 95 NA.

I bought all new cats and a cat back to replace the stock system. I pulled the stock system out in one piece and wondering if I need to spend time trying to remove these hangers to reuse with the new system.

Link to hangers I'm asking about:

My main concern is I don't want the new bits rattling around and it's going to be a pain to get these hangers off since everything is rusted together, figured I'd ask the experts before I spend the time (or $ as I'd consider buying new ones).

Thank you!

You should use the hangers for sure, for the reasons you gave.
Buy them at the cost that works best for you...and considering they are under the car and if they do the job, all's good.
Used parts DO have their uses, and this is one of them...
