All of that stuff you can do yourself & if you're not too sure get a buddy thats pretty good with cars to help.
For the struts you'd need a spring compressor that you can rent from Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts for damn-near nothing.
Hell I just didn an engine swap/replacement on my R50 in a neighbor's garage with no power tools or heavy equipement; I don't recomend this cause its a pain in the arse but it is doable & so are the things you are needing to do. Just do one thing every weekend for the next couple of weekends. I did front struts, rear springs & all new lift coils all the way around in about 3 hours one weekend like a year or so ago.
