Removing water outlet

Hey guys and gals! I did use the search feature and could not find what I was looking for. The gf has a '08 that is currently dead due to a bad valve gasket or head. It is currently in pieces in our garage. Right now it looks like I have everything attatched to the head off except for the water outlet on the side of the block. The Nissan manual helps a bit but from what I can see I have removed all the bolts and it won't budge. I did check youtube as well to see if there were any videos.

Any tips, hints, or links to info would be appreciated. We need to get this thing running so we can sell it.
