Removing vinyl overlay

Im removing the bluebatmobiles eyelid overlay and im just wondering what is the cleanest and easiest way to do this?

heat it up with a heat gun or blow dryer and peel it off

I've done taking both a heat and just peeling it off. In both instance, you're gonna have some residue. I just took mine off before I sent my lights up to get retrofitted for projectors and the residue came off clean with goo gone and a soft scrub with hot water

Heat and goo gone took me about an hour ill be putting new ones with the gtr headlight overlay too this week

When I took off my GTR taillights it came off like nothing. Just peeled off and left no residue behind.

i got the 6/10 overlayswhich i think are the darkest andy has

backlights dont seem to be a problem but i dont know why the eyelids took me a while.

ill post pic as soon as they get here and i get them on
