on what year maxima? it looks like you have two? or is it just the 96 with 04 max rims?

And if its a manual it shouldnt even have a speed limiter. what is it at right now?

it's the pink with blue stripe on the right side...that's if you have a limiter. i read that only some gxe's had'em but none of the se's and gle's - not sure though cus i haven't had a chance to test my gle yet.

Correct. Some GXEs had a governor, SEs and GLEs did not
