I searched, but only found how to remove the main (center) dash part.I want to know how to remove the long right section (vent pice), the left small section (also vent piece), and the two even smaller plastic (different color than the steering wheel) pieces.I want to paint them black like the M2Motoring guy did with his V that got featured in a mag.

Its been awhile, but im pretty sure the 2 silver vent pieces are just snapped in. I dont think there were any screws holding it in place. Its been almost a year though.

hmm i sort of tried prying them out, but didn't want to do it too hard.At first glance they seem to be sort of held in also by the black far far vents. (the ones by the little little windows)I suppose I'll do it harder tommorrow.

I havent done it but most parts are just clipped in. As for the steering trimdisconnect the battery, remove air bag and unscrew pieces. That is how I've removed for altima's, but as said never done it on a V

Did you do a tutorial on when you did that to your Altima?

Well, I just finished taking the side dash pieces off and I found out the hard way the the passenger side piece has one small screw with the air vent.I ended up braking it off, but only because there was no way to fit a screw drive in that angle, but also because the piece is also firmly in place with only the clips.

There are about 8 clips on the passenger side and 4 on the driver side.

I am going to go buy the glossy paint along with wheel clear and some fine fine FINE grit to wet sand these pieces.I'm excited because don't the black dash pieces on this Versa look cool?
