Removing the fuel rail

Ok, I wanna remove my fuel rail since the engines out and im gonna just change the FPR and injectors, Ive used a screw driver getting into the fpr screws but i felt like I was gonna strip em out so Id rather be able to get a better view of the whole thing..Ive searched yes....Ive been living on the search button for every little thing for the past couple of weeks (the archives are great! Ive loosened all bolts on the intake mani, now its just lines, but i cant get the dam thing out...Help on this please? Thanks
