when i removed mine, i just unbolt the 4 or 5 10mm nuts on the front and the fan slid off, without force. then put the nuts back and tighten. that's there is to it. i don't see why it's so difficult? well, unless your's bind to the pully, then you'll just take the entire pully off and separate the two, it should just slides off.gawdzilla wrote:for clarification... im trying to remove the fan clutch spindle from the pulley which drives the water pump
