Hello,

I recently bought from trim removal tools and was wondering how to go about removing this piece:

I've tried prying it lightly around the edges but I fear I might break the clips.

How should I go about removing this?

Thanks,
- Daniel K.

Tried to edit my post but it wouldn't let me.

A few additional notes:

- I bought some trim removal tools, (not from =P)

- I bought a Haynes G35 / 350Z manual but it's showing the upper dash for the older trim and not for the vehicle I have (2006)

- I'm using the service manuals as a reference (IP-12)

- And here's a better link of the image I was trying to show: Image

Check out the FSM (link in my sig) for some help on removal. (not sure if they are different than the Haynes manual.) When dealing with clips, you always feel like you're about to snap one. For the most part, they are pretty tough.
