Removing the Bose speaker and amp from the front door of '94 Q45

Hi all,

Can anyone give me guidance on how to remove the speaker from the front door? I'm replacing the window reg, and don't want to tweek anything. Removed four big screws I believe are holding the speaker/amp to the door, but it won't budge.

Thanks in advance for advice.
