You pretty much can't...

You can get rid of some by buffing them out with really really fine sandpaper or wool but you may see blemishes after and it is just not worth it...

Your better off just buying a new one, they go for like $55 bucks. Not too bad for a nissan price but you can find them cheaper.

O and they are impossible to prevent getting scratched. They do that by just looking at them... There is too many dirt particles that fly though the air and that is was scratches them.
