i was wondering what the best procedure was for removing my windshield its already got a crack in it so im not worried abot braking it and i still got some work to do to the cage welding the A piller supports then painting so im not in a rush to get a new one i just really dont want to spend like 50 bucks just to have some dude do what i can just as easily do

A lot of auto parts stores sell a cheap windshield removal tool. All it is is a metal wire that connects to two handles. You use one part of the tool to push the wire through the seal and then connect it to the two pull handles and pull it around the windshield. It is kind of a pain, but it is cheap.
