Removing rear door panel?

My passenger side outside door handle is very loose and I need to tighten it up. I have done many things on the Q, but never removed the rear door panel. Knowing me I'll grow frustrated that something's stuck and break a clip.

Who's removed this seemingly easily removable door panel without breaking anything? How?

me me me!slide off arm restremove 3 screwsremove door handle/switch trim carefully. pry with small tapped flat head from below window switch, futhest bottom left corner as well as top. and top middle. be carfull as it cracks easily!open ash tray. on bottom left push down metal clip under gears. ash tray should fall. un plug wires.remove two screwspull from sides and bottom to release body clipspull door cover upwardunplug all wires.donereverse.
