removing output shafts??

i just got a 300zx vlsd, but i need the j30 output shafts, right? so how do i get the ones that are on now off so i could take them to the junk yard and show them what i need. also i need them from 95-97 j30 correct? thanks for any info.

p.s. what do i do with the abs sensor crap on each side of the diff. just leave them there? i already cut the wires.

just pop them out with a big screwdriver.
