I am having trouble removing my stock 1995 OEM cams. I cannot find the chain tensioner so I was wondering if there is another way of removing the cams without loosening the tensioner? Such as removing just the cam sprockets; after that would the cams just simply slide out? Please if anyone here has a solution to removing the OEM cams without loosening the chain tensioner please let me know......I welcome all suggestions and tips!

Remove the sprockets from the cams, remove the cam bearing caps, lift cams up and out of the head. You may even be able to do it without removing the sprockets.
