I'm removing my cluster on the q. Is there anything I should watch out for as to not deactivate the airbags or any other systems?. ( on my accord it was just remove screws and unplug the harness from the back of the cluster).

I need to look at some issues with the illumination of the cluster and also looking at some ripped wires inharness I'm replacing for the a./s and radio. But part of the harness is behind the cluster.....

My advice would be to study the drawing on page BT-17 so you know where all the palls and screws are. There's nothing worse than tugging on a piece of trim and cracking it because you forgot to remove a screw (been there, done that). With that said it looks pretty straightforward compared to the G50.

Your goal today is no spare screws laying on the floorboard when you get it all back together.

Avoid all yellow wirse as they are part of the SRS system but they really arent connected to the cluster or radio so easily avoided. Other than that its just removing trim and the screws that hold the cluster in and then some electrical leads in back. With it out it would a great time to polish the face with some plastic polish-makes a subtle but amazing difference in the look of the dash.
