Removing intake sucks!!!

Holy crap, this spider intake is a pain in the &$$ to remove. I removed, unbolted, or cut everything holding it down and there is still something next to the EGR. It feels like a hard line from the plenum to a soft line. I just can't put my retinas in there to see it.

I started pulling spark plugs to do a CR test before I pull the motor for the swap. Oil and AntiFreeze!!!! This sucks. No point in doing the test now. Its time for head gaskets, rings, bearings, valve seals, gaskets, etc.....

Oh well, I'm just venting.

Yeah I've been pissed off by the plenum before, it's a mission trying to pull it off due to the lines directly under it holding it down >_<

Theres a bracket holding on some metal tubes right by the hose right behind the TB. Its hard to see. you just have to remove a 10mm bolt

I even thought about a sawz-all.... but it wouldn't fit.

I'm gonna come up with something else after the rebuild because I refuse to put that GOSH-DARN plenum back on and have it sticking out of the hood of my 240sx. That's too gettofabulous for me. Even though I live in Fairdale.

the only thing under my plenum is the anti lag ABV

Odds are its the AAC hardline, its always a pita...............if you still have one.
