Removing Injector?

Yes, I've read the FAQ. No, it didn't work. I tried to lift it out with two screwdrivers, but I broke off most of the plastic tabs but the injector is still in there.

I need to be able to get this thing out, but I've pretty much wrecked the tabs. Any suggestions?

It's loose enough for me to be able to clamp on it with pliers and rotate it around, so it can't need THAT much more work. Any suggestions on how to get a grip on this thing and get it out?

I use vice grips and some prybars. Just gotta be careful not to tighten the vice grips too much.
