Removing gauge cluster PLEASE HELp

Hey guys I just did a DE swap and need to put a 91+ cluster ni there, i have one but i cant get the effing bezel around the cluster off.. how the hell do i get it around the ignition and stuff ? do i have to drop the whole column or what ? help me out ! i have it all loose and stuff im not that dumb just cant get it out dont wanna break it

there are two bolts up behind the column that will lower it out of the way. you'll need to feel for them and use an extension to get to them. i think their 12 mm bolts.

There are 4 bolts, 2 up front and 2 in back arent there?

No you can just take the front 2 off and it will come out.Just did mine like 3 weeks ago.

didnt know you could just undo the front two as well. dont forget when you get to the hazards/cruise/defroster/headlight buttons that you unplug them, or at least one side so you can flip it over and reach the cluster
