Removing front bumper?

im in the middle of removing it and i cant freakin get it off. it looks like there are screws under the lights but i cant get the lights out. it seems like there is some hidden screw on the fender side of the lights. do i have to remove the lights? why is my damn bumper being such a pain!

there are 5 nuts on each side of the bumper holding it in. On top there are 4 bolts, there are another 4 plastic screws that go into the flat plastic washer like things. all those need to come out. the way i get to the 10 washers holding the bumper to the fender is with a regular 10mm box wrench and just cramming my hand up there it's a pita but yeah...
