all those hoses acually go to different places. just a question, why remove it, you will notice little, if any, performance gain, and removing it can cause other little problems.

Unless the parts are already broken, there is little to be gained by removing emmisions gear. The exception would be the reed-valve system that connects the exaust to the air-filter box. It is problematic at best.Otherwise, do all our lungs a favor and leave anything that is working. I promise to hug you for it at the next meet.

well, here is the thing. I have two motors. One is in my s13 the number two motor is on my jackstand. The first motor has an egr problem. The tube is crossthreaded on the intake side. So it leaks exhaust gas and the motor idles funny because of it. Plus the number two motor does not have any emissions crap on it. So when I swap the motors. I dont want to have to buy emissions crap to put on. And buy the way I live in mobile,AL. We dont have to pass emissions test. So answer my Question correctly please with little crunchies on top.

my vaccume for my fpr is running at the very back right hand side of the intake mani. there is a small nipple comming off there that i just ran a straight line off of to the fpr. you can see it in the pic above.

I don't know what maxx is going to say, but for a second opinion: I haven't had any problems without a shroud on my kae for several months now. I've just been lazy. We'll see how it handles the summer weather. I may have to get off my lazy *** and put it back.
