I am looking to remove the emissions from my 1986 Nissan 720 ST 5sp M/T. I have seen Fastboatman's DIY but the images are not coming up. :gotme :frown: I have also seen other forum posts for this same issue but again, the images are not showing up. Saying something is wrong with Photobucket. Any help is appreciated.

Also having some issues when going from 1st to 2nd. Likes to do some sputtering. I am thinking this could be a timing issue or maybe something with the carb? :gotme

If it has a NAPS-Z engine, I would recommend against removing any parts that involve the emissions control system. I have a 1982 Datsun 720 with the NAPS-Z22 engine, and I have always made sure that its emissions control system parts are connected and working. It has over 330,000 miles and runs great. If your truck does not have a NAPS-Z engine, I would remove every emissions control system parts I could.
