you can make/buy a block off plate, then use some high temp rtv/or oem replacement gasket....

I had some 1/4" aluminum plate left over that I used to make a block off plate. Just use the gasket as a template.

the metal tube coming from the IACV nad that other sensor, where do I need to run a hose to from that pipe?

Ran the FPR to the only vaccuum port left on my intake mani

Everything else(besides the PCV valve) was blocked off. Still maintains a smooth idle like stock.

you mean to tell that you have removed the butterflies in your sistem and blocked many more things and you car is working properly???

car runs great, holds idle fine(little higher as its getting colder but nothing erratic), and has a very smooth powerband.

I dont know why people insist the car will run awful if you remove everything.

the 240 u took the emissions off was it ur daily driver. i got a 240 daily driver i was thinking bout taking the emissions off. so ur car is idaling nd running fine no problems. i noticed on the fourm u put it runs alil warmer now. do u ever drive i out of town or anything?

I did the bypass on emissions with a plate and everything said. my problem is where do i put the EGR ITC what ever thing that looks like a saucer? do i leave it out? where do the hoses from the pressure regulator go to then? someone explain the fuel line setup without emissions please
