I just want to make sure that all you have to do to remove the doors is hammer out the pin and take off the fender (or peels it back ) and hit the 3 bolts behind it. Right!

Well there are wires too. There are two hinges holding the door on 6 bolts total. The fender does have to come off. You will have to take the door panel off too to disconnect any wiring and feed it out of the door. There is some kind of epoxy/adhesive holding the door hinges on the frame in addition to the bolts, and its pretty hard to break that bond. It took a lot of pry bar use when I adjusted the hinges on mine (after a hit'n'run). It will eventually break loose though.

"peeling back" the fender sounds like a horrible idea, btw.

I was told that the pins for the door could be popped out. Anyone try this.
