The 2 hardest parts for me is getting the seat control trim and sometimes the arm rest off. many times the arm rest likes to stick and not slide back, and the seat control is just a pain

A narrow blade putty knife seems to work pretty good for me.

Be gentle with the seat controls. They like to crack when someone gets impatient.

on the arm rest, just 'go for it' and snap it back with finger pressure in the crack at the front seam.seat control, go against the 'vertical' part just below the locking latch--Wes' idea of putty knife is good. push it toward the rear, and then lift it out.

On the arm rest I've used a narrow flat strong plastic rice scooper. It works great for me. Push into the crack and slide it back.

Careful with the seat control trim - I cracked mine when I was replacing some old bulbs.

Good luck
