Removing door panel from 02 QX4

Need help on removing door panel from 2002 QX4? Would hate to break the clips like I have on previous vehicles. Thx!.

I have a 99 pathy and need to replace the left mirror. Tried to take off the door panel, got 4 screws out, but got stuck with the door latch handle, the one use to open door with. Somehow, this latch is attached to the door even after the screw is removed.

Help I'm stuck. I can't remove my door panel to replace my passenger side mirror. I removed 2 screws on the door panel.Do I need to remove the simulated wood panel? I couldn't open your link .
