Removing dashboard airbag panel (S14)

Unfortunately, my SR engined '95 S14 has Megan motor mounts which transmit quite a bit of vibration into the cabin. In particular, a very annoying buzz has started to come from the passenger side dashboard air bag compartment.

I'm super adept at breaking clips and fasteners the first time I try and remove anything from a car interior, so I was wondering if anyone here has experence with the proper way to remove the panel without breaking whatever sort of fasteners are holding it in place.
