Its a process. Start left to right. everything is going to be brittle so be careful. You need a 10mm a 12mm and maybe a couple screw drivers. trickiest part is the defrost vents by the windshield. that panel has to slide forward towards the glass in order to get to the screws holding the dash in. Also you dont need to remove the wheel but it would help. Your other option is to just unbolt the two 12mm bolts that hold the column up. that should give you some decent space to get the dash out. The best thing you can do though is remove the windshield. it will make life a lot easier.

Bumping an old thread simply to avoid creating a new one for the same inquiry -

I’m in the process of removing the dash in a same model year Q45 (1996). I’ve got all bolts/nuts removed as shown in BT11 in service manual (2 upper bolts under defroster vent, 2 lower bolts and 1 nut on either side)…

I’m still having no luck on getting this out. I see 5-7 screws towards the middle of the dash that seem to be holding it in but these aren’t mentioned anywhere in manual or other threads. Does anyone know whether these are necessary for removal? It seems odd these aren’t identified anywhere in parts diagrams or removal processes but I can’t make sense of anything else that would be holding this dash in.

Yeah. Just remove those center screws. That should break it free
