Removing/Changing Injectors?

Hey everyone. I was just wondering how do I get my stock injectors out? I am planning to replace them with 550cc ones or more but I dont know how to get them out. Do I have to take the intake manifold off the head? I wouldnt think you would need to but I'm not sure. Thanks for the help!

you can get the rail out without removing the intake.
