Removing back panel of the driver and passenger seat

Hi All

I just purchased a set of headrest dvd monitors for my 2015 Infiniti Q70. The biggest task is removing the back panel of the driver and passenger seats. My question is it easy to pull off the back panel? Do I start pulling off starting from the bottom? I know there are 2 tabs at the bottom, 1 on each side, and 2 at the top.

Very easy, pop out the bottom first, then the top slides out. I've had mine on and off dozens of times for my monitor install.
