Removing ac controls

Is there a write up available on how to remove the ac controls. My current controls is missing the info button. I purchases a new/used controls now I need to swap them out.

I believe it just pops out with some light prying...but someone else can probably chime in and confirm that.

Nope, according to the service manual, you have to remove the instrument panels (instrument panel finisher B and C) on either side first, which should pop out.
The multi-function panel has one screw on the driver side and a connector in the back with clips along the front.

Check out the service manual:
AV-292 and IP-10

Good work sir. Didn't have access to the FSM handy, way to come through. OP, download the FSM from the FAQ thread.

Nah, it's a breeze. For someone who's never done it, shouldn't take you more than 45min or so, and that's with a few "WTF" moments.
