Removing 100A fuse from fuse box

Hi guys, i blew a fuse in my fuse box (the 100 amp one) and wanted to replace it. The thing is, is that i can't seem to remove it from the box. The other fuses are real easy to remove by just pulling them out. For some reason, the 100 amp one is either held in by a screw or something, or maybe i'm missing something here. I have a 1997 240sx. The 75 and 45 amp fuses have clips that you can push to remove the fuse, but the 100 amp one seems different. Help!!!
