Removing 07 Atlima Side Strips? Has Anyone Here Done It?

Hey Guys,Quick question..has anyone here removed the strips from the 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5's sides? I am curious to know if they've been bolted on and will have holes after removal or if they're more like the 2000 Mustang's strips and are glued on. Any help would be appreciated because I want to get rid of them for a cleaner look. Thanks guys!

they are glued in. my car came with it from dealer and one of them felt off.
