Don't worry about that ground, as far as I know, it doesn't do anything. It connects to the stock exhaust I belive. No one locally has that connected.
The hose looks like a vacuum hose, not sure where it goes though, I've never seen anything like that under my car.

my ground is like that too. no worries. i believes its for if the exhaust fell maybe?? idk only reason i can think of. and the hose maybe its a breather line for the differential

yep just a ground wire. And I think ur pointing out the vent for the diff.
