Hey guys, i got a Sparco steering wheel and hub. But i realized that the hub is not for a SuperHicas equipped car. I removed the Sensor for the hicas and the hub bolted up perfectly fine.

I was wondering if this is Safe. I drove the car and didn't notice anything different. The hicas warning lamp did not turn on without the sensor. It seems like everything is fine. Just wanted to see what you guys thought.

Here are some pics of the senor i removed.

IF they are too big, let me know.

Don't believe there is a HICAS sensor on your steering wheel, at least mine didn't have one when I put my wheel on.

Want to buy a HICAS delete bar?

I thought that sensor was for ABS, not HICAS.

sorry for not spelling it right. it might be for ABS, the sensor does really have anything on it to tell what it is.
