I would expect the rears to be pretty straightforward but haven't looked at them. Download the FSM on this website and see what it says. No idea if the power seats will work for you. The 2002 will have hookups for the seat power and airbags.

FSM = Factory Service Manual. We have a link on this page for "SERVICE MANUALS" right near the top, like a pull down menu. That takes you down a course of choices until you get to the chapters of your FSM which are in PDF format and can be downloaded to your device or simply viewed online.

I'd start by removing your old ones so you get a good idea of what to expect at the junk yard and you'll be able to move quicker.

I can attest that physically the seats can fit easily. And the qx4 ones might be a little more nicer to your rear.

On the wiring, it is hard to tell whether your vehicle is prewired for the heated seats and airbags. (I'm leaning towards NO as I had a qx4 without the heated seats and there was no direct way for me to install some heated seats I got)

What I'd suggest is again looking at the seats section of the FSM (direct link below) and see where it says the wires should be, then checking in your vehicle as you remove the seats to see if there are any free-hanging plugs. Being an XE, they might have released it with completely no intentions of installing the luxuries at any point, but you never know.
Do you currently have powered seats?

No I don't have any power seats or heated seats I would love to have them they would be amazing and I checked for he plugs under the seats and under the carpet but nothing man this sucks but I saw some really nice black leather seats from a 2003 pathfinder it had power seats but I'm not sure if they were heated don't really care about the heated part as much more about the power seats but hey the heated seats would be nice if the seats I was looking at did have them the biggest question is how do I install them since my vehicle doesn't have any of the harnesses
