Remove Paint From Vossen's?

So I recently installed some Vossen VVS 085's

I wanted to take the black paint off of just the spokes (or the whole wheel) and wondered if anyone knew what was under the paint? Will it all look the same underneath?

you can always get the spokes powder coated any color you like.
