Remove my stock seat brackets

Can anyone help me? I need to take my stock seat brackets off my stock s13 seats but i dont know how?

just undo the plastic cover off the sides and get the proper ratchet size and loosen the bolts off... it only takes minutes dude. if your talking about the brackets off the front seats
