Remove Intake Manifold?

Hey guys,I will be doing both valve cover gaskets real soon on my 2000 3.3 Frontier. And of course the driver side means remove the intake plenum/manifold.

Anyone know of a how to, or have any tips?

Also, I need to know what size the hex bolts are so that I can buy a hex and adapter for the torque wrench.

I have looked everywhere in the service manual.

The only thing that I did find was VERY lacking!
