How to Remove fog light unit on 98 I30

What are steps to remove the passenger side fog light as a complete unit. It has some water in it and hope to seal it. I know how to remove and replace the bulb but need to know what to do to remove the fog light unit from the bumper

Thank you that describes it, three bolts and need to first remove the flasher light to get at 2 of them.
