How do you remove the top big piece (the two ends)?
I found the center pops right out, but the parts closest to the glass seem to hold on really tight. Is there something that needs removed first?

Or does someone have pictures of their dash with the top pad off?

The other top dash parts may be held in by hidden screws and what not. It's not a good idea to just go yanking on stuff. I've learned this in the past the hard way. I always look up now how to remove certain interior parts in a car I'm not familiar with. The FSM that was just posted helped me to pull up the center console to wire the parking brake wire for my GPS deck.
