Remove Copper Pin/Bolt on ECU

I'm in the process of removing my ca18det ecu from my wiring harness, but there's a round copper bolt in the way. This is what it looks like:

Is this normal? I can't find any pictures or references of this anywhere (most show a 10mm bolt in its place), and I don't know if I should remove it or even how to remove it. I figured I'd check with you guys before I do something reckless.

Note the markings on it from the previous user. I assume this means it can be turned, but again...I'm not sure.

Yeah I've always just seen a 10mm bolt there... granted, it's been on different ECUs than that.

I'd try turning it personally. It doesn't look like its grounding itself to anything.
