Removal of starter issue(top bolt?)

Ok guys im removing a 1993 starter out of a SE. We got everything off but the top bolt...................peope keep saying its on top of the bell housing but we cant see it for the life of us. We have tried to look at it at every angle and still cant find it. Can someone be very descriptive with where it is exactly at and how do u get to it. a picture would be awesome. but plz be very descriptive. we have read that ppl say its on top of the bottom one but we still cant see it.

There is a bolt there, trust me...after you find it..you are going to need the hands of a contorsionist midget to get the wrench in there....well actually an offset close end wrench will do.....
