Yea, so I stumbled upon the window rolling down feature from my key fob. Thats awesome. But does it just roll down? It seems kinda pointless to have it roll down then get back in the car to roll them up, but then again I suppose the only time you roll your windows down would be 2 minutes before you get in the car to, for example, let out the heat.

Short answer, Yes you can only roll down the windows from the factory unfortunately. If you really wanted to do something there are separate modules that you can buy and install that will let you roll them up by remote. It's been talked about around here before not sure if any one has actually done it though.

Press and hold unlock until the windows roll down. the longer you hold it the farther they go down. so if you only want them half way down you have to release it right when it's at half way. this is one of my favorite features of the car! :dblthumb:

There are pros and cons with having the convenience pkg. :chuckle: As stated in the OP, you can roll them down remotely before entering on a hot day however there are peoe on here who keeps the key fob in their pockets and has accidentally rolled down the windows during a down pour without them knowing. :ohno:

Keep in mind that you can roll the windows up or down by simply removing the key from the key fob and inserting. :yesnod Turn the key either to the left or right and voila. I forget which way makes them go up or down though.

The company that makes the modules is called KP Technologies and they have modules for the window and sunroof. Their prices are quite high and honestly not worth it to me and makes someone do those things manually.
