remote start on 2009 MO SL

Hi all,

The dealer included a remote start/alarm as part of the negotiations (they totally made out on the deal, not me - unfortunately). I think this may be too new so I haven't found any post regarding this, but just wanted to get ppl's take on this. Would it be advisable to let them install this or leave it be since (1) save a trip and dont have to deal w/ the service ppl & wait a couple of hrs, (2) future problems w/ i-key, bad install, etc..... Wondering if the remote starter will screw-up the "push to start" mechanism......

Any experiences or views? I'm leaning on staying away from the service dealer unless it is for routine maintenance...just because i would hate to go back in case something went wrong.....
