I searched around to see if I could find others with successful installs on 2012 SL models but couldn't find anything.
Just had Avital 4113LX installed yesterday and it works great.

I just want to let everyone know that it is possible to install remote start on a new Rogue. During our search for shops we have received many answers. Some said it is not possible at all, others said that it maybe possible but they wont work on this car, others said that it will only works with a certain system that was $750. I was about to give up until we found a great shop right near the dealer. They were really awesome and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt really comfortable because they do many custom installs for car dealers in the area.
Anyways, the remote start system is Avital 4113LX
They also used a FlashLogic FLCAN module. It took 7 hours from the time we dropped off our car to when it was ready.
We get to keep both keys with this system.
The way it's setup is that you push a button to start the car then when you get in you move the ignition switch to ON and push the brake which then overrides the remote start and you are ready to go.
All together, parts and labor it cost us $500 but the dealer will reimburse us
