i got a 04 fx45 with high tech pkg. but i lose one of my remote keys. do anyone know if i got a 06 m45 high tech remote key, can i reprogram it and use it for my car?many thanxricky

I don't remember exactly, but I think you need a 2003 or 2004 M45 key ... not the 2006 M35/45 key. You may want to look at the Owner's Manual and/or Service Manual for your car for more information about the key specifics (i.e., the FCC registration number, etc.).

Can you post a picture of your current key? Then I can check!

usually good dealers will do it for free and yes i believe that it is the same fob as the 03-04 M45
