that is pretty cool. watched the video. didnt hear anything about how long the warranty is for not fading, cracking etc but anyways it looks like a cool DIY option

When I was in the market for a car it was between a volvo c30 and the A/C. I wanted to get the volvo with the optional black/red interior, but since volvo like planned that 60percent of the c30s would be sold in Europe, I would have had to order it and wait like 2 months. Suffice it to say i went with the A/C, and I think i made the right choice

That would be a lot cooler if I saw something for cloth. I don't use leather ( for leather shift knob and steering wheel) but i'm sure it wouldn't be too expensive to change seat color or seats for that matter

You are better off getting your seats reupholstered rather than dying them.

That's what I figured.I'd trust reupholstery more too since I would want to match the headliner whenever that gets done

I've dyed interior before and I've never had a bad result from dying, it never cracked flaked or rubbed off. But mrodrig2 is right; I would not die a seat. Door panels, console or dash is fine, but not something that your going to rub against a lot. LongBeachCoupe; I've never dyed a cloth but I know you can and I would have to say it would do pretty good considering it's up high and no ones going to be seating or rubbing it a lot.

i agree with bama.... or you could fiberglass the whole thing and paint it to match your car...

i actually like the 2 tone black/red, this is why i picked a red rx8, since its the only color that has the red interior

this picture sucks, but u sorta get the idea
