Buy tvs there, dvds, even videogames (all a ripoff though)...

DONT GET INSTALLS DONE THERE..

"While cramming a remote starter into Andrew's new Nissan Altima, Best Buy managed to break the car's locking system, window controls, and a brake light. Andrew hauled the crippled car back to the dealership, which immediately blamed Best Buy for burning out the car's wiring, and told Andrew that the parasitic system had to go. Best Buy defended their quality workmanship, and refused to issue a refund unless Andrew signed a waiver absolving them of any responsibility for damaging the car."

yeah . . . i would rip apart my dash MYSELF way before i would take it to a place like bestbuy . . . i dont want some 17 year old, minimum wage techie TOUCHING my new car.

And i cant BELIEVE they dont take responsibility for the problems, that is an AWFUL way to run a business. It reminds me of my dealership when i was getting my car . . . lying to my face and commiting to it, even after i call them out IN PERSON.

i was always skeptical about Best Buy. Now, after reading these, i will NEVER go there for car audio stuff. That is horrible! I wish i new a good installer around my parts!

Some good installers do work for Best Buy. However, they are very few and very far between!
